Collection based questions

When will the collection restock?

There are no plans as of now to ever restock our seasonal limited edition collections. Keep your eyes open for an unlimited drop. 

When will the next drop launch?

We will announce when the next drop will launch on our Instagram page, which you can find here.

 

Shipping based questions

Where can I track my order?

You will receive an email including a tracking id, after we have sent out your order for shipping. You can use that tracking id to track your order here.

How long does the shipping process take?

Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in the south of Sweden. We usually send your package within 1 day of receiving your order, and the shipping should take 2-8 working days to arrive. You are free to track your order using your tracking id provided in the email we sent you here.

How much does the shipping cost?

The shipping is completely free, meaning that we will pay for it, if you have any further questions surronding shipping you are free to send us an email at contact@lavy.se.

 

Refund based questions

How and where do I return an item?

If you want to return an item you can find our Refund Policy as well as Instructions on how to return an item here.

When can I return an item?

You have 14 days to contact us concerning a refund of your order from the day that you received your package.

Does it cost to refund an item?

If you for whatever reason would like to refund an item, you will be responsible for the cost of the shipment back to our warehouse in the south of Sweden. The cost will be about 80SEK. 

After we have received the package at our warehouse as well as inspected it to check the state of the item, you will receive an full refund. The money will usually take 1-3 days to transfer to your account.
